Sylvia Torres
Sylvia started recruiting during her senior year of college as a young single mom, juggling full-time work and school. Recruiting rewarded exactly what she had to be: resourceful and inventive. She built a reputation as the go-to recruiter for searches that didn't fit the usual mold.
With two decades on both the in-house and agency side, she founded Switchboard to combine the best of those playbooks into one senior, embedded partner. Outside of work she mentors women in business, speaks on entrepreneurship, and supports Hope House Colorado.
Adam Snyder
Adam spent 20+ years in commercial banking and HR and talent acquisition at FirstBank before co-founding Switchboard. He has sat in the hiring manager's chair and the recruiter's chair, so he knows what a good search feels like from both sides of the desk.
Adam leads searches across banking, credit unions, financial services and B2B SaaS, and builds the workflows that keep every Switchboard search moving. Outside of work, he's a bit of a wild card. You might find him at the gym, in the sauna, on the trail, building furniture, scuba diving, taking a surprise vacation to an unknown destination, or relaxing with Hula and Randy.
